1. Shipping Cost

Shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on your order volume and location.

⚠️ Currently, this feature is in test mode. If the real shipping cost differs:

  • We’ll issue a refund or store credit if you overpay.
  • If additional payment is required, we’ll send you a secure payment link.

2. Delivery Timeframes

1. In-stock items:

  • Ship within 24 hours (business days).
  • Processing depends on your location and the time of order.
    Note: The website only shows items available in stock and ready to ship.

2. Backordered items:

  • May take up to 8 weeks for delivery.
  • However, 95% of orders ship within the first 3 business days.

3. Cut-off time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM (local time) will be processed the next business day.

We provide several shipping methods to match your needs:

  • Pick-Up – Collect your order directly from our warehouse/store.
  • UPS Ground – Reliable standard delivery across the U.S.
  • UPS Next Day Air – Fastest domestic option for urgent shipments.
  • UPS International – Delivery for customers outside the U.S.
  • FedEx Saver – Affordable domestic & international option (available by request, not in checkout).
  • DHL International – Global shipping service (available by request, not in checkout).

4. Tracking & Support

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
